If you struggle with singing high notes, worry no more, you’re not alone.

It’s something that most students need to practice often, especially when they’re just starting out. It just takes some practice and the right singing techniques.

So today, I wanted to share simple exercise for getting to those crazy high notes without straining.

The first video focuses on expanding one’s vocal range Rest videos consist of three simple exercises to get you there.

You’ll hit Tara stayi Rishabham in the first exercise.

The second exercise will help you hit Tara sthayi Gandharam, and the final exercise will help you hit Tara sthayi Madhyamam.

These exercises not only help you reach tara sthayi notes, but also Mandra sthayi.

By doing these exercises, you will be able to hit Tara sthayi Madhyama and Mandra stayi panchaman with ease.

Practicing these exercises on a daily basis helps you to hit high notes without strain.
